"Las perturbaciones de la conducta alimentaria entre adolescentes mujeres han aumentado significativamente hacia finales del siglo XX. La anorexia y la bulimia han sido los desórdenes más frecuentes y los más estudiados. Sin embargo, hacia finales del siglo XX pasado, se han incrementado otras conductas alimenticias perturbadas como el binge eating y el yo-yo dieting, que si bien no llegan al extremo de las antes mencionadas, comprometen la salud física y mental de quienes las padecen. ." |
