Es notoria la puntualidad en como esta construido el libro, y esto se debe a que el profesor Eduardo Salgado se ha dedicado a dictar esta clase durante mas de 5 años en la universidad tecnológica de Bolívar con esa metodología. En general, el libro logra exponer de manera ordenada y sistemática la configuración del negocio jurídico con un repaso en temas generales alrededor de la celebración contractual y sus sanciones.
