Cuando se afirma que una comunidad ha sentido con fuerza el impacto del conflicto armado, en quiénes se piensa dentro de la comunidad? Quiénes conforman, legítimamente, la comunidad? Existen siempre márgenes sociales, personas que las propias comunidades no han reconocido como sujetos de derecho y han vivido victimizaciones por causa de la guerra. Las voces de estas víctimas,que incluso antes del accionar armado han sufrido sistemáticamentela estigmatización y la violencia, pocas veces logran ser recogidas en los procesos de memoria histórica, pues no todas las personas que conforman una comunidad tienen la misma posibilidad de hablar, ni todas las vidas aparecen como susceptibles de ser lloradas (Butler, 2010). En esa perspectiva, este informe asume una deuda institucional que se mantenía pendiente: avanzar en la construcción de la memoria histórica de uno de los sectores de víctimas históricamente marginado,esto es, aquellas vctimas del conicto armado que se reconocencomo lesbianas, gays, bisexuales, transgeneristas o desde otroslugares que se apartan de la norma heterosexual. |
